First set of braces went great and paved the way for the second set. Office staff are always smiling and helpful. Appointments are great. Well run office and team. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Process has been smooth. They always explain everything on each appointment. They immediately fixed my daughter’s broken bracket. They are caring and patient.

I absolutely LOVE this office and staff! From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted and told to make ourselves at home, and every single staff member that we passed made us feel welcomed. My daughter was nervous coming in for her first visit but Dr. Pierson and staff explained her treatment plan and answered all of her questions. She left feeling excited to come back and start the process of getting her braces on. I would recommend this office to anyone needing an orthodontist :)
Pierson Orthodontics is the best! The environment is so loving and sweet. Everyone is always striking up a conversation with me although sometimes its a little hard to talk when their fingers are in my mouth putting on new rubber bands lol. Oh and about the rubber bands, I love the variety. It helps me look cute even with a brace face. Well overall I love everyone that works there and they do such a great job! My teeth look amazing and have came a far way :)
Dr. Pierson and his staff are very friendly and helped ease my daughters nerves starting the phase 1 process.
Dr. Pierson and his staff made the whole experience from start to end great. I never felt rushed and everything was always explained to me in great detail. By far we had a great experience!
