They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed in the office while I was there! And if I got uncomfortable then I would be able to take a break. Also they were really kind.i 100% recommend this amazing orthodontist.

I highly recommend this office! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making each visit a positive experience. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments that fit around my kids' school and my work commitments. Overall, a fantastic choice for orthodontic care!

I absolutely LOVE this office and staff! From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted and told to make ourselves at home, and every single staff member that we passed made us feel welcomed. My daughter was nervous coming in for her first visit but Dr. Pierson and staff explained her treatment plan and answered all of her questions. She left feeling excited to come back and start the process of getting her braces on. I would recommend this office to anyone needing an orthodontist :)

The best orthodontist in San Antonio, and we really shopped around before finding Dr. Pierson. He and his staff are always polite, treat you like family, professional while fun and down to earth! Expect to get in quickly on emergency basis and to have all your questions and treatments explained successfully and in detail. We actually look forward to our appointments and never have to wait. Costs are very reasonable. It doesn’t get any better!
