They made me feel so comfortable and welcomed in the office while I was there! And if I got uncomfortable then I would be able to take a break. Also they were really kind.i 100% recommend this amazing orthodontist.

I highly recommend this office! The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, making each visit a positive experience. They are very accommodating when it comes to scheduling appointments that fit around my kids' school and my work commitments. Overall, a fantastic choice for orthodontic care!

Completely smitten with the office! From a friendly, phone conversation when making an appointment to a warm welcome and comfort every step of the way during the appointment. I could not recommend any place more than Pierson and Saunders

Pierson and Saunders is so great! They are so gentle and explain things in a way that is very easy to comprehend! All of the workers are great and super kind!

I absolutely LOVE this office and staff! From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted and told to make ourselves at home, and every single staff member that we passed made us feel welcomed. My daughter was nervous coming in for her first visit but Dr. Pierson and staff explained her treatment plan and answered all of her questions. She left feeling excited to come back and start the process of getting her braces on. I would recommend this office to anyone needing an orthodontist :)
The office is really nice, the staff is super friendly and caring, and Doctor Pierson is the best.
I felt very at home and cozy and, how my name was on the little sign when I walk in. I liked how they had patience and answered any questions we had. And I'm excited to come again soon!
I went to this office today and they welcomed me with a poster saying "Welcome" and then my name, the woman taking my pictures and x-rays was very nice to me, she also took my teeth molds for the braces I'm getting -I recommend the strawberry flavor- and was pretty funny. My mom got a jam and a T-shirt (you leave them alone for 5 minutes -_-) from a nice lady who was putting all our info for our next appointment in (balance, appointment dates, etc.). I enjoyed this and it didn't take long at all. Dr. Pierson himself came in with us and checked my jaw, measurements, and my overbite percentage. He gave me some different options, recommended some good choices on what things I should get and how soon to make my whole process go faster. This orthodontics office was great, they are quick and fast and gentle and nice. I have upgraded my liking of the dentist to #1 on my rate of doctors and medical things which I kind of have a problem with if you count screaming and crying a "kind of" problem.
I absolutely LOVE Dr. Pierson and Dr. Saunders, and of course all the lovely ladies! They’re absolutely the best. They genuinely care about you and your smile!
