Oh my goodness.. where do I start? I guess we could start with arguably one of the most important thing, the staff!!! Everyone there was so amazingly nice and welcome to new patients! The make it a personalized experience and even adding a "welcome to your appointment [your name]". I cannot begin to describe how thoughtful this is, especially considering how busy they are. 5 stars on the staff!!!

The next thing is the overall appearance/cleanliness. Honestly very amazing! It has a nice modern vibe with a touch of homey-ness with their own patients photos!!! This honestly convinced me of how good this place was from the get-go because of how the after photos looked in the portraits :). 5 stars on the interior (and exterior) design!

Next is the amenities. This is honestly crazy to say, because you wouldn't normally expect these types of things from regular orthos! They give free mini water bottles, which I think are perfect. Just enough so your thirst is quenched, but you also don't have to hold all day. Honestly a step up from other dentists already. On top of that, they give free professional portraits at the end of each treatment, which I think is phenomenal! I have never seen any other dentists do this ever, which shows how much they care about their patients. Not to mention there's stuff for the kids too! A little gift basket giveaway ✨️. You first have to fill out a little questionnaire which is fun for all ages! Not to mention they have a basket of toys for the kids to play with, which is so cute <3. Just enough toys to not crowd the space, but keep the kids happy. Honestly just amazing. And again, THERES MORE!! They just keep amazing us. There is a whole reward system with points, that get you rewards like giftcards!!! Doing things like wearing their branded shirt to an appointment, or even doing simple things like getting a's and b's on your report card. I feel this keeps kids very engaged and have something to for instead of just a promise to floss (I know not everyone does 😉). This is just honestly so cool and easy to use too. 5 stars!

Last but not least: efficiency.
Again, they blew it out of the ball park with this one. We had an appointment set up (which by the way was super easy and affordable ((complementary consult)) and was litteraly seen in the first 10 mins... this is excellent service! Even xrays and before pictures are taken in 10 mins too. After that, you get seen by the main doctor and all is resolved and seen to in about 20 mins. The whole thing is super easy and every question you might have had is gonna be answered! Also super affordable treatment (one of the reasons we switched)! Can be paid in full or even taken in monthly payments. This offers a wide variety of payment options for the customer :). Not to mention, if you are looking at braces, (if i remember correctly) they said that any broken brackes are free! Even the first 2 retainers are free, and after that, a 40$ DONATION to a CHARITY. I personally believe that is so sweet! 5 stars! (Disclaimer--- this is what was offered to US. Not everyone might have the same deal, etc)

Final outlook--
From my honest opinion, take this ortho!!! It is so fun to be in and amazing treatment too. Its fast, reliable, and a great price. Just overall amazing. Take the switch, I swear you'll never be happier ✨️✨️✨️

I absolutely LOVE this office and staff! From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted and told to make ourselves at home, and every single staff member that we passed made us feel welcomed. My daughter was nervous coming in for her first visit but Dr. Pierson and staff explained her treatment plan and answered all of her questions. She left feeling excited to come back and start the process of getting her braces on. I would recommend this office to anyone needing an orthodontist :)
Our first time walking in we were greeted with a welcome sign with our son’s name on it! It was the most welcoming feeling. The staffs smiles and 1x1 attention helped us feel they were eager to help and showed they loved what they do! The consultation was quick and straightforward answering all the questions we needed. They didn’t make us feel rushed. They even showed a future picture of what his smile could look like if he follows the treatment plan well! That helped my son and I have a vision of the future and got us excited for the braces journey! We came in on the next scheduled day for braces and it was very quick and we were given thorough education on how to take care of them until next apt! This place was on the higher end of the price range but we selected it because you get more than just braces here, it’s a whole amazing experience and so close to home!

Hello everyone! I just got my Invisalign braces off yesterday, and I've been waiting to write a review until this day. I started just 9 months ago with Dr. Pierson. I must admit I had the traditional wire braces way back in the late 80s.. and after a few years, stopped wearing my retainers. That was a bad idea as my lower teeth moved quite a bit over the years. After seeing both of my parents successfully tune up their smiles with Invisalign, I figured it was my turn. I found Pierson & Saunders through a referral from my general dentist, Dr. Gibbs of Bandera Point Dental. I'm so happy she sent me to Dr. Pierson! Every time I went to the office, beginning with my consultation and during every check up visit, everyone I encountered was friendly and highly professional. Dr. Pierson was always on schedule, which I truly appreciated, and he always took time to answer my questions and explain what was happening and why. The office is always squeaky clean and making appointments was always a breeze. I have nothing but good things to say, that's why I'm sharing my experience here.
