First set of braces went great and paved the way for the second set. Office staff are always smiling and helpful. Appointments are great. Well run office and team. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Process has been smooth. They always explain everything on each appointment. They immediately fixed my daughter’s broken bracket. They are caring and patient.

I absolutely LOVE this office and staff! From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted and told to make ourselves at home, and every single staff member that we passed made us feel welcomed. My daughter was nervous coming in for her first visit but Dr. Pierson and staff explained her treatment plan and answered all of her questions. She left feeling excited to come back and start the process of getting her braces on. I would recommend this office to anyone needing an orthodontist :)
Everyone in the office was extremely nice and had offered great hospitality during my appointment. My 15-month-old got a little fussy and the lady offered to have somebody watch her while we talked over the finance piece which was very helpful.

Choosing an orthodontist has been one of the most important things I've ever done. I visited 4 different offices before discovering Pierson Orthodontics. It was during my consultation that I knew that this was the place I needed to be. For one, you and your needs are valued. Also, you are treated like family, and service is consistent. I never feel rushed or forgotten. As a matter of fact, every person (not just the doctors) who has had the opportunity to work on my braces has always asked how I was/am and remembered what we had talked about during my last visit. Even through some of my most personal and trying times, Pierson Orthodontics reached out to let me and my family know that the team was thinking about and praying for us. I seriously couldn't ask for a better orthodontist!
The friendly staff makes my daughter’s appointments enjoyable! Dr. Saunders & Dr. Pierson are are so knowledgeable & detail oriented. They both are the best in the field.
