First set of braces went great and paved the way for the second set. Office staff are always smiling and helpful. Appointments are great. Well run office and team. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Process has been smooth. They always explain everything on each appointment. They immediately fixed my daughter’s broken bracket. They are caring and patient.

I absolutely LOVE this office and staff! From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted and told to make ourselves at home, and every single staff member that we passed made us feel welcomed. My daughter was nervous coming in for her first visit but Dr. Pierson and staff explained her treatment plan and answered all of her questions. She left feeling excited to come back and start the process of getting her braces on. I would recommend this office to anyone needing an orthodontist :)
Dr. Pierson and his staff are wonderful. My son will be beginning treatment at the end of the month and we could not be happier. He was not excited to have orthodontic treatment at all but Dr. Pierson convinced him that the treatment is valuable and he will be glad he did it when it’s over. The staff makes it fun for the patients. We will for sure be recommending everyone we know to come here for their ortho treatment!
We just got stationed in San Antonio this past summer, in the middle of my daughter’s Invisalign treatment, so we needed to find an orthodontist willing to take over her case. I didn’t realize how difficult that would turn out to be. After numerous calls to offices around the city and a disappointing consultation with one, I was feeling hopeless about all the money invested and progress made on my daughter’s teeth.
Thankfully we found Pierson & Saunders Orthodontics! Their entire staff is professional; Dr. Saunders is incredibly thorough and gentle; and best of all, they really treat you like a valued member of the family.
Dr Pierson and his staff are one of the best doctors offices I've ever been to. Every time greeted with a smile. Everyone knows your name. Dr Pierson makes you feel like you're the only patient he has. It just doesn't get any better than this. Thanks for making this a great experience. I'm probably the oldest patient but I feel right at home. Patti.
The staff is amazing! My son was treated with so much care. He has sensory issues and just the amount of love that was shown brought tears to my eyes.
