First set of braces went great and paved the way for the second set. Office staff are always smiling and helpful. Appointments are great. Well run office and team. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

Process has been smooth. They always explain everything on each appointment. They immediately fixed my daughter’s broken bracket. They are caring and patient.

I absolutely LOVE this office and staff! From the moment we walked in we were kindly greeted and told to make ourselves at home, and every single staff member that we passed made us feel welcomed. My daughter was nervous coming in for her first visit but Dr. Pierson and staff explained her treatment plan and answered all of her questions. She left feeling excited to come back and start the process of getting her braces on. I would recommend this office to anyone needing an orthodontist :)

Everyone is always so kind and attentive. They make my daughter feel comfortable at every visit and when we had a bracket break, they were super quick to respond and see her to fix it.
Pierson and Saunders Orthodontics at Alamo Ranch made me feel very special. They treated me with a welcome sign when I entered. The reception staff were extremely helpful, courteous and efficient. Erica was the dental rep that took all of my images and prepared me for my meeting with Dr. Saunders. Dr Saunders help explain what specifically I would need, the timeline and what to expect when it was all done. I would recommend anyone to this orthodontist group!!! My oldest son and Husband both have appointments in the next couple of weeks to start their journey too.
They have been so helpful to me and my family. They made my smile better! The staff are so nice and welcoming. We live 45 minutes from their office but we do the drive because he’s so great! 100% recommended.
